Provisions [pruh-vizh-uh ns] / Supply with food, drink or equipment especially for a journey
Welcome to the new Riverhorse Provisions, where you can find the quality ingredients you’ve grown to love from Park City favorite Riverhorse, but conveniently available to you in a casual coffee, breakfast, lunch, or après setting. Or, take the ingredients home for your own meal preparation. The idea was for a beautiful, simple deli and specialty grocery that offers freshly prepared food in a kind of market-type setting for Main Street and Old Town.
This store is breathing a fresh new life into Main Street, offering a little bit of everything. Described as “a quaint noshery and gourmet market,” the owners of Riverhorse have built a market dedicated to selling fresh, unique, organic, gourmet, regional and sustainable products. They offer prepared meals, dine in and takeout, catering, deli counter and a full coffee shop in addition to a full market.
The deli counter features the freshest meats and seafood, as well as cheeses, prepared sandwiches, salads and sides. The coffee counter boasts a variety of offerings featuring Caffe Ibis coffee, including unique and trendy creations such as Coffee Tonic (a long shot of espresso is poured over a fizzy glass of artisanal tonic water on ice.)
Riverhorse Provisions isn’t simply a market and deli, it also is the perfect place to buy a gift for any occasion, with beautiful handcrafted pottery, stunning floral bouquets and much, much more.
Early (7:30-11 a.m.) selections include eggs your way, polenta French toast sticks, steel cut oats, smoked brisket hash, quiche of the day, fresh baked cheddar biscuits and gravy, strawberry fritters, and much more.
