The Second Issue of Dishing is Hitting Park City

Whew! What a winter it was. The first issue of Dishing Park City was introduced back in December, and we have loved nothing more than bringing forth the magazine to our town, seeing the community’s response and watching it begin to grow. Now, after much anticipation, we couldn’t be more excited to release our second issue for the summer and fall seasons. Perfect timing considering summer now feels like it’s officially sticking around for a while.

Features in this issue include an inside look at Deer Valley’s own cheesemaking process and everything you need to know about doing it yourself. There is also a round-up of how our area’s chefs are preparing trout, one of Park City’s staples; three must-do summer escapes; tips on throwing the perfect ice cream party that is fun for both adults and kids; and an Ask for It section featuring restaurant recipes that you have requested.

Our team is working diligently to get the magazine out and around town and in your hands. Look for it in our stands at grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, etc!
