Hops on the Hill at Stein Eriksen
Held on the Flagstaff deck at Stein Ericksen Lodge, this event brings together local craft breweries and the culinary expertise at the resort. Be prepared for mouthwatering food pairings and a selection of specialty beers. As this event tends to sell out quickly, we recommend making advance reservations by calling (435) 645-6455. Hops on the Hill will take place every Tuesday from July 11 to August 15, from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tickets cost $80 per person for food and specialty beer tastings or $40 per person for the food-only option, available at the door.
Events with High West Distillery
The Refectory in Wanship hosts a mid-week Supper Club featuring three hearty courses of Western fare served family-style every Wednesday from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Price: $65 per person.
High West Prix-Fixe Dinner
The Nelson Cottage by High West presents a changing prix-fixe menu highlighting Utah’s fresh, seasonal produce weekly from Wednesday to Sunday. Optional whiskey pairings are available to enhance each course, and a selection of wines and beers are also offered. Price: $95 per person, with whiskey pairings starting at $50.

Events at Deer Valley Resort
Mountain Top Brews and Tunes at Snowshoe Tommy’s
Every Saturday from July 1 to September 2, Snowshoe Tommy’s, the rustic cabin atop Bald Mountain, hosts Mountain Top Brews and Tunes. This event combines live music with featured breweries.
Taste Of Luxury: Kansas City BBQ
From July 13 to 15, barbecue icon Ryan Arensdorf of Jack Stack BBQ in Kansas City will showcase his mastery of slow-smoking, grilling and wood-fired ovens, along with his expertise in creating customized rubs, sauces and marinades. Tickets are available here.
Harry Potter’s Birthday at the Deer Valley Café
Step into the enchanting world of Hogwarts at the Deer Valley Café on July 31 to celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday with dishes inspired by the wizarding world. Think: magical culinary delights, Butterbeer and birthday cake.
Deer Valley Creative Academy
Discover a world of culinary exploration at Deer Valley’s new Creative Academy, commencing in July at the Deer Valley Plaza Building. Immerse yourself in an array of culinary experiences, as the academy presents an blend of cooking and wine pairing classes taught by industry experts. Regardless of your expertise level, the Deer Valley Creative Academy caters to all, with classes priced between $35 and $75 per person, and requiring prior reservations.
Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival
Indulge in a variety of brews from over a dozen Utah breweries at the second annual Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival from September 16 to 17. Explore the scenic chairlift access and partake in outdoor dining, live music, and family-friendly activities.

Chef Linda Elbert is hosting an outstanding lineup of public cooking classes this season. These classes provide an opportunity to learn new culinary skills and create connections with fellow participants while enjoying a meal. After each event, you’ll receive recipes and tips to recreate the dishes at home.
Pizza Night
On July 22, elevate your pizza nights by mastering the art of homemade pizza dough and sauce. You can experiment with various doughs, toppings and cooking techniques, including outdoor methods using an Ooni pizza oven. The class fee is $98 per person and includes an Italian chopped salad and homemade gelato for dessert.
Grilled Summer Seafood
Get your taste buds tingling on July 29 with Grilled Summer Seafood. Enjoy grilled seafood accompanied by lemongrass, ginger, and coconut broth, complemented by fresh seasonal produce and summer fruit. The class costs $105 per person.
Pasta by Hand
On August 11, join the Pasta By Hand class for a hands-on experience in making and shaping pasta dough. Create pasta varieties with seasonal sauces, savor an appetizer, salad, tastings of the three kinds of pasta and a delectable dessert. This engaging class is priced at $98 per person.
