Pizza Pop-Up Series

Available on just four Wednesdays throughout the summer, the Pizza Pop-Up Series features authentic Neapolitan-style pizza cooked in Gozney ovens and served in  some of the resort’s most scenic mountain settings. These limited pop-ups will rotate between the Deli Courtyard, Creekside Courtyard, and the Lookout Deck. 

Each pizza begins with Caputo 00 flour and a 72-hour fermentation process, creating a light, airy crust with exceptional flavor and texture. Toppings include premium ingredients such as Creminelli Sopressata and Prosciutto, San Marzano tomatoes, and seasonal offerings inspired by the summer season.                   

Pop-ups are first come, first served, and no reservations are required. Limited quantities are available. Events conclude when all pizzas have been sold for the day.
