Deer Valley is almost as well-known for luxury lodging and dining as it is for impeccably groomed slopes. The resort offers many incredible dining options to choose from owned and operated by the resort.
If you’re looking to branch out, there are plenty of spots to choose from as well. Whether you’re seeking a mid-day lunch or apres ski treat, these slope-side restaurants in Deer Valley will hit the spot!
The 7880 Club at Stein Eriksen Residences is still a bit of a hidden gem in Deer Valley. The Club is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch, apres and dinner with unparalleled views and easy access from both Last Chance and Silver Dollar runs.

Sister property Stein Eriksen Lodge has many dining opportunities nearby, including their famous Sunday brunch at Glitretind. Other days of the week, the restaurant feature a massive skier’s buffet from 11:30 until 2:30. For a quicker bite, First Tracks Kaffe serves coffee and pastries, and Troll Hallen has light bites for lunch.

As for additional dining in Silver Lake Village you’ll find Cena Ristorante & Lounge in the Chateaux Deer Valley and Deer Valley Resort’s newest addition, The Sticky Wicket above Royal Street Café. Cena is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with seasonal menus featuring classic Italian cuisine. The Sticky Wicket is open Monday through Wednesday 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursday to Sunday 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. and serves up apps, drinks, music, and retro nostalgia.
At the top of the Jordanelle gondola in the Deer Crest Cabin, Rime Seafood & Raw Bar serves oysters, clam chowder, lobster rolls and more. They have a lovely selection of beer, wine and champagne, as well as snacks and soft drinks. Happy Hour is daily from 2 to 3 p.m., with $3 oysters. The cabin is open daily from 11 a.m. to 3:30 pm.

At the base of the resort, The St. Regis Deer Valley has several slope-side dining options for breakfast, lunch and apres-ski. With easy access from the Deer Hollow Run, plan to go early as these venues are super popular!
- The signature restaurant, Rime, serves breakfast until 11 a.m. Dinner begins at 5:30 p.m.
- Brasserie 7452 features classic French bistro items, alongside more casual dishes like burgers and pizza from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
- The St. Regis Bar serves the Brasserie menu, plus the signature 7452 Bloody Mary.
- The Vintage Room has become the hottest apres-ski spot in Park City. This 21-and-over venue primarily serves champagne and oysters, and is open from noon to 7 p.m. daily, with a DJ on Thursdays and Fridays.
Of course, Montage Deer Valley offers incredible menus for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re a guest or not, you’re welcome to explore the Apres Lounge, also known as the “Veuve Clicquot yurt,” which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, the Slope Stream, a new concept, serves carryout, beer, and wine from an Airstream trailer, creating a welcoming experience for all visitors.
