Treat dad to a prix fixe brunch menu ($47) that includes elevated takes on classic favorites. Each diner gets a choice of soup, salad, entree and dessert. Entrees like surf and turf, blackened salmon tacos and a green garden crepe are sure to please any palate. Seating is available between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Reservations recommended.

Head to the Canyons for a killer deal on any of the menus at epc at Hyatt Centric Park City. With the purchase of one entree by another guests, dads get a free entree. The culinary team at epc just launched a new summer menu, with summer specials like a peach and balsamic flatbread and smoked pork belly, along with their classics like the double smash brisket burger and a colorful burrata salad. Afterwards, head over to Canyons Village Forum for the final day of the Latino Arts Festival.

Summer Sunday Brunch

St. Regis Deer Valley

The culinary team at St. Regis Deer Valley has chosen Father’s Day to kick off a weekly Summer Sunday Brunch. Live music will accompany the $85 buffet brunch overlooking the slopes of Deer Valley. There will be an extensive seafood station, a carving station and a salad station, along with a selection of small plates and assorted pastries. The bar will offer the St. Regis signature 7452 Bloody Mary, along with a choice of refreshing summer cocktails, including the new Glacier Garden, which features Roku Japanese Gin and homemade tonic, accompanied by a colorful array of fruit garnishes.

Newpark’s Hearth and Hill is serving up a special barbecue plate for Father’s Day. The $40 special includes house-smoked brisket, barbecue spare ribs, cowboy beans, mac and cheese and an elote salad. Reservations are available starting with brunch at 10:15.

If your Father’s Day plans find you in the valley, stop by the new Sugarhouse Hearth and Hill, where they’ll be serving up a prix fixe four-course dinner this Sunday. For $195, you’ll get family-style sides like cheddar biscuits, Maryland crab cakes and a wedge salad with cherries jubilee for dessert. The main dish? A shareable 40–oz Niman Ranch tomahawk ribeye!
