Escala Provisions Company (EPC): Located at the Hyatt Centric in the Canyons, EPC serves a trio of festive taco specials for just $5.55 each. Specifically, guests can choose from tempura shrimp, shaved bistek or chicken tinga. These deals are available all day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Park City Brewing: They will be releasing their NEW Mexican Lager “THE LAB” and offering $2 off their tacos and nachos ALL DAY!

Where to Drink: Margaritas and Mezcal

Baja Cantina: Located at the Park City Mountain base, Baja Cantina celebrates with $5 “Locals Margaritas.” Therefore, it is one of the best deals in town for those on a budget.

Hearth and Hill: For a sophisticated sip, try the Fuego Rosado cocktail. This drink blends smoky mezcal with pineapple and jalapeño heat. Moreover, a floral raspberry rose finish balances the spice perfectly.

Tekila Mexican Grill & Cantina: Perched at the top of Main Street, Tekila offers one of the widest tequila selections in Utah. Whether you want a premium flight or a specialty margarita, their staff will find your perfect pour.

Alpine Distilling:
Keep it casual with a stop at Alpine Distilling’s Social Aid & Pleasure Club, open from noon to 5 p.m. for Cinco de Mayo. Expect specialty cocktails and retail bottle sales, perfect for a relaxed afternoon toast or stocking up for later.

Cinco de Mayo Party at Heber City Main Street Park: Come out and celebrate Cinco de Mayo with this community party event at Heber City Main Street Park on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. The event will feature authentic Mexican food from a local favorite, Taqueria Los Cuñados, as well as an evening of music and live entertainment. This event is made possible in collaboration with the Wasatch Latino Coalition.
