Summer in the mountains brings a fresh wave of culinary excitement. Deer Valley Resort officially launched its calendar of food experiences for 2026. The lineup features the return of the popular Fire & Flavor Festival, creative hands-on cooking workshops, and exclusive multi-course wine dinners.

Savor the Summit on Main Street

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

Time: 5 to 9 p.m.

Price: $293.51 per guest (includes an 18% service charge and taxes)

Deer Valley returns to Savor the Summit for a memorable evening of open-air dining directly on historic Main Street. The evening begins with a social hour featuring champagne pours from Laurent-Perrier paired with gourmet appetizers. Later, guests gather around the signature eight-foot paella pan. The culinary team will prepare squid ink rice loaded with lobster, razor clams, octopus and shrimp. They will serve this three-course dinner with select wines from Duckhorn Vineyards. Because seating is highly limited, secure your reservation to experience this staple of historic Park City culture.

Fire & Flavor Festival

Location: Silver Lake

The Fire & Flavor Festival returns to Silver Lake. Acclaimed chefs bring live-fire cooking straight to the mountains. Featured culinary talents include Chef Sarah Glover, Matilda & Gozney Pizza, Overland Cookery and back-to-back weekend takeovers by Chef Ryan Arensdorf.

Food and beverages are available à la carte throughout the outdoor venue. Guests can also enjoy live music and craft pours from local Utah breweries. Admission to the festival grounds is free with the purchase of a resort lift ticket, making it a perfect companion to a day of mountain biking.

Celebrate a moment in wine history on the pond-side deck at Deer Valley Café. This exclusive evening begins with an intimate meet-and-greet reception featuring winemaker Marcus Notaro of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Chef Clément Gelas of Talisker Club. Following the reception, guests sit down for a curated five-course wine pairing dinner honoring the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Judgment of Paris.

Smoked Barbecue Event with Chef Ryan Arensdorf

Acclaimed Chef Ryan Arensdorf will showcase his award-winning live-fire techniques and signature wood-fired flavors. This gathering includes a meet-and-greet reception followed by an intimate tasting menu. This evening also celebrates the official release of the new Deer Valley Pilsner. Head brewmaster Conor Brown of Offset Bier collaborated directly with the resort to create this custom brew. Your ticket also grants you access to an optional live concert, Chicago the Musical, presented by the Utah Symphony at the Snow Park Amphitheater.
