Make your plans for Sunday in Park City!

Easter Sunday falls on April 17 this year. It’s time to celebrate the arrival of spring, rebirth and new beginnings. There are some lovely options for Easter meals in Park City and beyond – here are a few to get your planning started:

RIME at The St. Regis Deer Valley

Join The St. Regis Deer Valley for an elevated Easter brunch buffet from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the resort’s signature restaurant, RIME. The menu, created by new Executive Chef Alex Malmborg, features an extensive raw bar serving oysters, stone crab claws and shrimp cocktail, a carving station that includes duck breast with cherry glaze, Morgan Valley lamb with mint jus, and cedar plank salmon with lemon dill beurre blanc sauce.

The breakfast selection includes fresh juice options, savory crepes with smoked salmon, asparagus, capers, dill, whipped cream cheese and lemon; and roasted wild mushroom, green pea, ricotta and mint. Fried egg with gruyere, shaved prosciutto and frisee on brioche; and spring vegetable and chevre frittata with asparagus, leeks, mushroom and swiss chard are also offered. An impressive array of desserts include chocolate shooters, assorted macaroons, and carrot cake cupcakes with coconut cream cheese frosting.

The Easter Brunch Buffet’s full menu can be accessed here.  Price is $125 for adults and $55 for children. Valet Parking is included. Reservations: 435-940-5760, or stregisdeervalley.concierge@stregis.com.
