Park City’s dining scene is undeniably fabulous, but there’s no reason why you would need to spend a pretty penny just to have a satisfying and adventurous meal out and about. There are dishes to enjoy and fantastic ambiance to soak in at any price point. Here are a few choice picks when you’d like to keep it casual, or get a great deal.
El Chubasco
This beloved authentic Mexican restaurant serves up a bevy of traditional dishes, and offers an exciting variety of salsas in their salsa bar. Try the Salsa De Arbol, Verde Smother, Chipotle Crema or Mango Y Mazano salsas. You can get two tacos at El Chubasco for only $7.75. Filling choices include shredded beef, carne asada, chicken, carnitas, pastor, shrimp or veggies. Add a side of cilantro rice and black or refried beans for $3.95. Another fantastic choice here is two gluten-free enchiladas for $7.75, filled with shredded beef, chicken or carnitas and topped with rojo, verde, or mole sauce. A combo plate with two of the following is $9.25, and comes with their special rice and beans: a chicken, cheese or pork enchilada, taco or tamale; your choice of three is only $11.25. Don’t forget to top off your meal with house-made churros ($1.75). That’s a lot of flavor and variety for less than $15!
Squatters Roadhouse Pub
A Park City mainstay, Squatters Roadhouse Pub features hearty dishes that won’t bust the bank. A classic Nieman Ranch beef burger is only $15, with your choice of wedge fries or sweet potato fries. If you are also trying to keep it lighter, the turkey mushroom burger is the same price. A bowl of buffalo chili sprinkled with cheese and green onions is $11. There are whole pizza pies for $14 to $15, like the BBQ chicken, pepperoni, Hawaiian, roasted veggie or fancy prosciutto and arugula. A gluten-free crust is available for $2 more. There are also generous breakfast plates for $12 to $15, like pancakes or French toast with bacon or sausage and two eggs, an organic/vegan tofu scramble with veggies and hash browns or the Roadhouse Skillet with hash browns, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes. cheese, country gravy and two eggs any style!

The Bridge Café And Grill
You can get two breakfast tacos or a generous “Breakfast Burrinho” at this Brazilian all-day joint at the base of historic Park City Main Street, with ready access to the scenic chair lift. The Bridge Café And Grill also serves thick French toast with berries and powdered sugar for $12, pancakes with almonds and whipped mascarpone for $13 (add your choice of meat for an additional $2) or savory avocado toast with tomato, poached egg, red cabbage, sprouts and chimichurri sauce for $12. Later in the day, there are shareable appetizers ranging from $12 to $15, including Filé Aperetivo (sautéed beef medallions on garlic bread with melted cheese), Camarão a Brazuca (sautéed shrimp with garlic, tomatoes, herbs and chili flakes) or Bridge Nachos with potato chips (yes – potato chips!), black beans, sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

Red Rock Brewing
Red Rock Brewing in the Redstone Shopping Center offers deals like the chef’s soup of the day for $6, a wood-fired margherita pizza, pepperoni or Italian sausage pizza for $14. Their famous Red Rock Burger (also $14.00) or a Cuban sandwich with pulled pork, sliced ham, provolone, pickled red onion, spicy pickles and dijon mayo are both, you guessed it, $14. A vegan and gluten-free wild mushroom polenta is only $13.00, for your gastronomic friends with dietary preferences. All your favorite classic pasta dishes range from $12 to $15, and are served with garlic toast. Scrumptious sides like spiral-cut fries, waffle-cut sweet potato fries and coleslaw can be added for $3 each. Soft drinks are $1.50 and Red Rock root beer or cream soda is only $2.
