If you know Park City or are a whiskey lover, you are familiar with High West, but what you may not know is that High West has a restaurant and refectory located at Blue Sky Ranch located about 20 minutes outside of Park City. At this location, we’re delighted to spread the word about their Supper Club dinner every Thursday night.
After the Dishing team gave it a try, we concluded that both the location and experience is our area’s current hidden gem. It’s a gorgeous, serene alternative to the busy Old Town options during the crazy winter months of ski season.

Upon arriving at the ranch gate you’ll park and get picked up by a shuttle that will take you up to the restaurant. If you’re lucky your driver will be Bill, a longtime resident of the area who is prepared to give you fun tidbits of information on the ranch and distillery all the way up to dinner.
First course: baby kale Caesar
When you walk into the beautiful open dining area, bask in the mellow live music and rustic, relaxing ambiance. High West crosses off one more decision of the day and only offers a set five-course menu served family style. The menu changes weekly and everything is as rich and delicious as the High West Saloon is known for.
Entrees: seared and smoked Angus New York strip; sage and garlic shrimp; Manchego cheese and sweet onion risotto; rye flamed sauteed asparagus
Of course, High West’s classic cocktails are in abundance, but as an exclusive offering, the first four cocktails on the menu are only offered at the Blue Sky refectory location.
