This is the moment we have all been waiting for: Summer is finally here! The Historic Park City Alliance (HPCA) is celebrating with the first ever Main Street Summer Blast Off event on Saturday, June 3. The festivities will include free giveaways, dining specials and lodging discounts to help visitors and locals get the most out of their time on Historic Park City Main Street.
“We are so excited to introduce our brand new Main Street Summer Blast Off event,” says Historic Park City Alliance Executive Director Ginger Wicks. “We welcome everyone to shop, dine and explore Main Street on June 3 and enjoy plenty of free giveaways and experiences from our eclectic mix of local businesses.”
Participating Main Street business will be offering specials during the day. Here are some to add to your list when heading out:
Alpine Distilling
Swing by Alpine Distilling‘s Main Street tasting room to sip the highest quality spirits and benefit local not-for-profits at the same time! A percentage of bottle sales will go directly to organizations such as the Utah Avalanche Center and Swaner Nature Preserve. The Alpine Social Aid and Pleasure Club will be serving up their specials from 4 to 10 p.m.
Butcher’s Chop House And Bar
Butcher’s Chop House And Bar, the classic steak house at the base of Park City Main Street, will be offering $9 appetizers from 4 to 6 p.m., including steak tartare, fried risotto balls, butternut squash ravioli, bleu cheese stuffed dates and tenderloin filet medallions. Stick around to enjoy Butcher’s extensive wine list and entrée selection, with featured items such as surf and turf with creamy mashed potatoes and broccolini, creamy mushroom risotto and their Chop House Burger.

Flanagan’s On Main Irish Pub and Restaurant
Order one Irish fayre dish and receive the second half off at Flanagan’s On Main. Favorites include their succulent corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash and Irish beef stew. Grab a Guinness and enjoy!
Mountain Town Olive Oil
Swing by Park City Main Street’s extraordinary source for bulk flavored oils and vinegars: Mountain Town Olive Oil. Guests who purchase a bottle of olive oil will receive a free tap pour spout and Hidden Oak Gourmet Creamery will be on site selling ice cream!
Red Banjo Pizza
Red Banjo Pizza – Park City’s oldest business – will be presenting a family-friendly Make-Your-Own Pizza event from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. for $12.99 per person. Also try delicious menu items like spaghetti noodles with your choice of marinara, pesto or Alfredo sauce and meatball subs. The upstairs outdoor patio is a wonderful place to enjoy the fine weather.
Wasatch Brewpub
Another fantastic outdoor dining spot, Wasatch Brewpub at the top of Main Street will be offering guests a free appetizer (excluding charcuterie) with the purchase of two entrées. Great appetizer options include bao bun tacos and fried cheese curds; Entrees choices to enjoy are grilled salmon, New York steak and sherry braised pork shank.
