Savor the Summit, hosted by Park City Area Resturant Association, is Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party and was about to be the largest indoor dinner party due to the rain this past Saturday. The rain made setting up a bit more chaotic this year as restaurants scrambled to get everything dry before the 5pm cocktail hour. Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. Each participating restaurant created a beautiful table that spanned all of Main Street. Walking around and seeing what everyone has put together was half the fun.
We had the pleasure of dining with Riverhorse this year. They had long wooden tables adorned with flowers and sheepskin rugs that was elegant and cozy. Chef Seth Adams and his culinary team served up a beautiful four-course meal. Here is what we enjoyed.
No matter where you chose to dine, Savor the Summit never disappoints. We love the communal dining which allows you to mingle and make new friends. Tickets go on sale a month or two before the event depending on which restaurant you chose to dine with, so make sure to call ahead next year so you don’t miss out.
