Who Looks New

Familiar faces but with facelifts!

This fall has not only changes the look of the face of the mountains, it has changed the look inside of some of your favorite restaurants. Many Park City restaurants use the off season to update menus, appearances and even names, and this year is no different:

New Construction

Grub Steak

If you’re driving along Sidewinder Drive, you may notice what looks to be a new spot. However if you have been here for a while, you will know Grub Steak. The restaurant just got an exterior makeover but stays true to what it is known for inside. Stop in for a classic steak dinner, and be sure to make a reservation because this spot fills up quick.

In town, Old Town Cellars happily re-opened its doors just a few weeks ago. After a devastating water main break over the summer, this town favorite is back and better than ever! Stop in for just a glass of wine, or stay a while with a charcuterie board as well.

In addition to these finished projects, Vessel Kitchen in Park City is also undergoing some renovations. After seven years in operation, they’ve decided to give their cherished first location a little TLC. The restaurant will be closed for the week but will reopen on Monday, November 13th. Stay tuned for more information about their reopening festivities.

New Locations

O’Shuck’s Park City has recently expanded! Beyond the Main Street and Pinebrook locations, you can now find The White House on Heber Avenue. Think of it as a brighter, spacier but just as good bar to gather with friends and even catch live music outside.

Guest Haus Juicery

Earlier this year, Guest Haus Juicery changed their name to High Vibes Juicery. That’s not the only change the team is embracing, as Luna’s Kitchen recently acquired the local favorite and started selling their juices in the fridge. Now, you can get a fresh pressed juice alongside your homemade to-go meal!

New Names and Faces

Park City Dining, Park City Restaurants

Fairweather Natural Foods is turning into a Good Earth Market, and is expanding the space. Now you get to enjoy the wellness grocery store in a larger space! The cafe will still be Fairweather Cafe, where you can find all of your favorite breakfast and lunch bites, but the retail side of things will now be Good Earth Market.

Exciting news in Park City’s dining scene continues as Wasatch Brew Pub undergoes a transformation, now officially known as Top of Main Brew Pub. Parent company and original owners Salt Lake Brewing Company have taken over both the brewery and restaurant operations, prompting this rebranding. And that’s not all – they’re also launching Top of Main Brewery as their official beer. This iconic location at the top of Main Street continues to evolve under its new identity.

Local favorites, including Versante and Black Rock Mountain Resort, welcomed in new head chefs for the upcoming season as well. Be sure to welcome them with a friendly, Park City smile!
