Why World Kombucha Day Matters
While National Booch Day may fall in January, World Kombucha Day is all about celebrating globally — and doing it where the fermentation happens. Han’s has built a following by doing things thoughtfully: small-batch brewing, balanced flavor profiles and creating a taproom experience that feels more like a neighborhood hang than a production facility. Saturday’s celebration is community-forward, flavor-packed and designed for hanging out.
