Meatless Monday- Buona Vita

Buona Vita is the perfect spot to head for some Italian fare on Main Street. One of the best parts of Italian food is how versatile it is in mixing sauces and pastas. This makes it a great solution for Meatless Monday, and if you are an everyday vegetarian. There are plenty of options as you can discover below at Buona Vita to feed your appetite sans meat.

Chef Allan Galeano was born in Uruguay to an Italian father and a German mother, but shortly thereafter moved to Tiggiano, Italy. This Southern Italian town is where his grandparents were born, and where he developed a passion for Italian cooking. You can find on most days his wonderful sister, Paola, who came all the way from Uruguay to help Allan run Buona Vita, running the operations.  Also a little fun fact, Park City wasn’t the first Buona Vita, Chef Allan also started Buona Vita in Hermosa Beach, CA, among others!

There is still a tiny bit of winter left, but we are pretty excited for some spring and summer patio days ahead.
