Chef Allan Galeano was born in Uruguay to an Italian father and a German mother, but shortly thereafter moved to Tiggiano, Italy. This Southern Italian town is where his grandparents were born, and where he developed a passion for Italian cooking. You can find on most days his wonderful sister, Paola, who came all the way from Uruguay to help Allan run Buona Vita, running the operations. Also a little fun fact, Park City wasn’t the first Buona Vita, Chef Allan also started Buona Vita in Hermosa Beach, CA, among others!
