The 12th annual Park City Food & Wine Classic returns July 7 -10, 2016 with an impressive schedule of events, including amazing food and wine tastings, educational seminars, lifestyle experiences and more. Rated one of the top Food & Wine festivals in the country by USA Today’s Readers Choice, the event features more than 600 artisans, including world-renowned chefs, sommeliers, vintners, brewers, distillers and local producers.

The Park City Food and Wine Classic is a premier destination event for master winemakers, culinary greats, and connoisseurs, offering all the opportunity to wine and dine in beautiful Park City, Utah. The event benefits the People’s Health Clinic, a nonprofit providing healthcare for uninsured individuals and families in Utah’s Summit and Wasatch counties.
“Wine on the Mountain” kicks off the Classic kicks off Thursday evening with a celebration at the beautiful new High West Distillery at Blue Sky Ranch. The event space is nestled in the high mountain valley just outside of Park City, offering fresh air, stunning views and an overall spectacular ranch experience.

Executive Chef James Dumas of High West Distillery and his culinary team will be serving an array of delectable culinary creations to sample and savor throughout the evening. This intimate setting provides an exclusive opportunity to spend one-on-one time with wine experts, listen to live music, all while enjoying the remarkable surrounding views. Along with a great selection of international and domestic wines, you will also have the opportunity to sample beers and fine spirits. Af ree round-trip bus transportation from Park City to Blue Sky is included in the ticket.
Another signature event “Toast of Park City” will be hosted at the beautiful Montage Deer Valley. The Toast will also host an impressive selection of domestic and international wines, premium craft beer and spirits, gourmet food purveyors and live music. Top Chefs from the Montage collection of resorts will create culinary masterpieces for guests. The Toast will take place on the Grand Lawn and Grand Terrace, overlooking the forested valley below and providing panoramic views of pine and aspen-cloaked valleys and peaks. The Montage Deer Valley is sure to provide breathtaking views and a masterful setting for this year’s Toast.
