A Local’s Take on Pendry Dining

Favorite Dishes to Try at Pendry Park City

Just about a year ago, Pendry Park City opened up in Canyons Village. Not only did this add to the extensive list of comfortable places to stay in the area, but it also added a range of new options for a post-ski snack or evening date night. As a local in the area, here’s my favorite menu items from Pendry’s spectacular eats:

Aprés Pendry

One of my favorite post-skiing treats at Aprés Pendry, or just anytime treats, is a crisp glass of rosé with some salty French fries. If you want a bite that has a bit more nutrition, their vegetable crudite platter is stunning, full of colors and flavors. And if you have a sweet tooth, don’t skip out on the warm cookie skillet, served with classic vanilla ice cream to satisfy you.

Disco Pizza

With a fun, timeless, retro feel, Disco Pizza brought the Canyons Village a big staple that was missing: pizza. Served with two garlic knots with every order, this comfort food pleases the whole family. The signature cheese pizza never disappoints.

Dos Olas

There really is everything at the Pendry Park City. Dos Olas, which opened last summer, offers the best skinny margaritas in town, served alongside chips and salsa and an array of classic Mexican cuisine. Though the tacos may be mini, they pack a punch! The Pesca and Barbacoa are my go-to’s.

With a coastal California feel, Dos Olas plates burst with flavor.

KITA

Creative sushi rolls? A wide selection of sake? Fresh sashimi? Even grilled octopus (which is a favorite)? Kita is easily my favorite restaurant in The Pendry – every bite is worth every penny. Make sure you make a reservation before planning to dine here, many times there’s a wait or no room for the night, and for good reason!

Kita sushi rolls taste as fresh as they look!

The Pool House

Look no further for the only rooftop lounge in Canyons Village, with a view of the sun setting over the ski resort and watching athletes end the day, the setting doesn’t get much better than The Pool House. Open year-round, enjoy a Canyons Spritzer and some pretzel sticks to warm up and cozy up after your busy day.

Arguably, Pendry’s Pool House has one of the best views in all of Park City.
