Bring on the Block Parties and Pilot Programs

From fall-themed block parties to environmentally-focused pilot programs, local businesses are bringing new experiences to Park City.

Berrett Lane Block Party

Berrett Lane is the place to be in Park City on October 8th. Local eateries Salt Box, Este Pizzeria, and Guest Haus are hosting a Fall Fest Block Party from 3 to 7 p.m. Roll up for a night of live music by Shannon Runyon and Brooke MacKintosh, drinks, games and (most importantly) food. Expect delectable pizza from Este and fresh barbecue and tacos from Salt Box. Parking will be available at both restaurants.

Guest Haus will be serving up a sampling of their goods at the Fall Fest Berrett Lane Block Party.

Zero Waste Pilot Program

Park City’s sustainability team partnered with Bold Reuse, a full-service reuse platform that makes going zero waste easy for companies, and Recycle Utah, to pilot a reusable to-go container program at several local restaurants for the month of October. Participating restaurants include Salt Box, Este Pizzeria, Guest Haus, Shabu, Deer Valley Grocery-Cafe and Savoury Kitchen. Be sure to support these businesses and their mission for a more environmentally-friendly food culture in Park City.

Salad To Go From Savoury Kitchen will now be available in reusable to-go containers.
