CUPLA Coffee Now Open in Kimball Junction

CUPLA Coffee announces its third shop, now open in Park City. After previously spending 10 years working in Park City, Abigail Purdie and Bethany Heath are no strangers to providing caffeine to this side of the Wasatch mountains. In 2017 they decided to make the tough decision to leave the mountain top and head downtown Salt Lake City to try their hand at owning their own shop. From there they expanded to Cottonwood Heights and have finally made it full circle to the grand opening of CUPLA Park City this last weekend in the Newpark area of Kimball Junction.

Park City is where we found our love for, and ultimately nurtured and grew our passion for coffee.

The name CUPLA comes from the Gaelic word for twins. Abigail and Bethany happen to be identical twins. The two have a strong mind for creativity with their caffeinated creations. They have curated coffee concoctions for every taste, from as simple as black drip coffee or for the more daring like a Cookie Monster or The Cupla Bullet infused with grass fed butter and MTC oil. The Scottie features Butterscotch Syrup and it is topped with a white pepper sprinkle. The CUPLA Daily Specials board above the espresso machine is where to look for limited edition items like Hot Buttered Rum Chai, Blackberry Basil Latte, or Spiced Brown Sugar Cold Brew.

While the menu features classic breakfast grab and go items as well as a range of fresh pastries for every diet – keto, gluten free, or those of us just simply in need of a sugar rush – the new feature for CUPLA is their fully stocked bar. From craft coffees to craft cocktails the lovely ladies at CUPLA are looking forward to welcoming you by name.
