If you’re looking for a full-on celebration, Dos Olas is the move. From 5 to 9 p.m., one of Utah’s largest tequila bars comes alive with a Rumba Libre band, a brand-new summer menu, and specialty cocktails. They’ll also be pouring the Dos Olas Mexican Lager, created in partnership with Salt Fire Brewing — a solid addition to the lineup.
