Ridgeline & Flame: Chef Steve Benjamin & Domaine Della

One evening only. Guest Chef Steve Benjamin of Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach joins Executive Chef Stuart Roger for a five-course four-hands tasting menu at Powder, opening with Kristal Caviar, closing with Le Chocolat. Each course is accompanied by a wine from Domaine Della, a small-production winery specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Santa Lucia Highlands, available through a private allocation list. Winemaker David Hejl will speak to each wine as it’s poured. Classical French culinary tradition meets the Wasatch. Strictly limited seating.
Pairings include the “4 Amours” Pinot Noir, which recently took “Best Red” at the Sunset International Wine Competition.
