At Dishing Park City, we know that the best local secrets usually come from the people who spend their days in the heart of the action. That is why we headed to Historic Main Street to catch up with the team at O.C. Tanner Jewelers who are right in the middle of it.

Jennifer Powers, Park City Store Manager
Jennifer knows that sometimes, nothing beats a classic. When she is in the mood for a meal that hits the spot every time, she heads to Annex Burger. Known for their “world-famous” buffalo burgers and family-friendly atmosphere, Jennifer says they simply have amazing burgers.
When friends visit and are looking for a taste of the legendary Park City nightlife, Jennifer takes them to The Spur Bar & Grill.
“My very first time in Park City, I walked into The Spur and they were just rocking out to ’90s grunge music,” Jennifer recalls. “I knew right then this is where I belonged.”
For a more unique and inventive meal, her top pick is Firewood. She highly recommends their grilled romaine salad, a dish that showcases the restaurant’s signature open-flame cooking technique.
Zach French, Sales Advisor
Zach’s day starts with the perfect caffeine fix. He frequents Pink Elephant Coffee, where he suggests ordering a macchiato. Known for their artfully roasted, single-origin beans, it is a favorite for those who appreciate a slow, intentional brew.
For a midday break, Zach heads up the street to Big Dipper.
“They make really good hot sandwiches,” Zach says.
When his family comes to town, their tradition usually involves a table at Yuki Yama Sushi. Between the fresh, high-quality sushi and the sleek, vibrant vibe, it is his go-to for a memorable family dinner.
Cathy Buss, Salt Lake City Store Manager
Though she manages our Salt Lake City location, Cathy is a frequent visitor to Main Street. For coffee or a quick afternoon snack, she recommends Java Cow Cafe & Ice Cream. It is a beloved staple for house-made treats and quirky local charm.
Cathy also holds a deep appreciation for the town’s culinary heritage.
“We love Cafe Terigo,” she says. “It is such a great restaurant with such great history.”
Her new favorite discovery is Handle, located at the bottom of Main St. She raves about their selection of creative small plates and the consistently wonderful service.
Dominique Anderson, Marketing Manager
Dominique’s Park City favorites center on atmosphere and intention. Like Zach, she is a fan of Pink Elephant Coffee. She suggests trying their house-made syrups and appreciates that the experience feels “slow and intentional.”
For a late-afternoon wind-down, Dominique loves Old Town Cellars.
“I love sitting down and learning about where they are sourcing their wines,” she explains.
She credits the team and the atmosphere for making it one of the most inviting spots on the street. Finally, for a fall staycation, Dominique and her husband make it a point to visit Harvest for breakfast at least once, enjoying the fresh, seasonal fare that has made the cafe a local icon.
