Spring off-season hours and closure dates for restaurants in Park City.
Deer Valley Resort is set to have closing day on Sunday, April 21 after extending the ski season for a second year in a row and Park City Mountain Resort will continue celebrating their 60th ski season until April 22! But even with resorts’ extensions, many restaurants and bars have scheduled a much needed break, and more will follow suit. If a restaurant is not listed here, they likely have standard business hours. Feel free to let us know if we missed something and reach out if you are a restaurant wishing to add seasonal hours!
Use this guide to find out who will have a short closure and who will stay open through the spring:
350 Main Brasserie: Will be closed Sundays and Mondays starting April 22 but will remain open every other night through spring season and into the summer.
710 Bodega: Closed April 13 to May 21.
Annex Burger: Open Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Alpine Distilling Lounge: Open Tuesday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays.
Atticus: Open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Bangkok Thai: Open daily from noon to 9 p.m.
Big Daddy’s Pizza: Open Tuesday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. Closed Mondays.
Big Dipper: Open Sunday to Monday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Blue Boar Inn: Open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Open for breakfast Monday through Saturday from 8 to 10:30 a.m. and for Sunday brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are required.
Buona Vita: Closed April 13 to May 21.
Butcher’s Chop House: Open 3 to 10 p.m. daily.
Collie’s BBQ: Open Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Courchevel Bistro: Closed April 14 to May 22, reopening Thursday, May 23. The restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays through the summer.
Dairy Keen: Open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Closed Sundays.
Deer Valley Resort: Restaurants at Deer Valley Resort will close on the following dates and will reopen along with summer operations at the resort:

Drafts Burger Bar: Will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesday starting April 9. Breakfast service will stop as of April 1.
Escala Provisions Restaurant & Bar: Open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Edge Steakhouse: Closed April 14 to May 7. Once reopened the steakhouse will be closed Sundays and Mondays for the summer season.
Este Pizzeria: Open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m.
Flanagan’s on Main: Closed April 24 to May 22.
Freshies Lobster: Open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Grub Steak: Open nightly from 5 to 9 p.m.
Hana Ramen Bar: Open Monday through Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Sundays through the summer.
Harvest: Open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No Name Saloon: Open Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Saturday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Old Town Cellars: Closed April 22 to May 17.
Park City Roadhouse Grill: Open daily 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Dos Olas – Closing from April 13 and reopening for dinner on Wednesday, May 1.

The Overlook at Black Rock Mountain Resort: Open daily for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and for dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 5 to 10 p.m. on weekends.
Powder Restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Park City: Open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Red Rock Junction: Open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- St. Regis Bar and Brasserie 7452: Open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
- RIME at The St. Regis Deer Valley: Open for breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m. with reservations available.
- La Stellina: Closed until May 22.
