Local Restaurants Offer Dine-in and Take-out Options on Thanksgiving

Forget about grocery lists, and long lines, this season. There are several restaurants in and around Park City offering nothing but the best for your holiday experience. From Thanksgiving classics, to prix fixe dine-in dinner options, to curbside pickup, and even an entire Thanksgiving dinner, with all the trimmings, delivered right to your front door, you and your guests are sure to enjoy a meal fit for the whole family.

Blue Boar Inn: Offering a three course Thanksgiving Brunch from 11 to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day that differs from their usual brunch menu. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (435) 654-1400.

Butcher’s Chop House & Bar: Offering a full Thanksgiving meal from 2 to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy traditional turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and more, followed by your choice of peach or pumpkin pie. Regular menu is also available as well as to-go and curbside pickup. Chop Shop Park City: A limited Thanksgiving menu, delivered to your door. All meals, serve up to eight people, and include a cheese and charcuterie board, a Heritage turkey with gravy, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, buttermilk biscuits, local Hawk & Sparrow country sourdough bread, and pumpkin pie. Courchevel Bistro: Will be serving a traditional, family style Thanksgiving dinner from 2 – 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The menu includes house bread, a fall harvest salad, your choice of sides and smoked ham or roasted turkey. And for dessert, a trio of tarts. Reservations are required. Adults pay $75 per person and $25 for children under 12.

Deer Valley Grocery-Cafe: Thanksgiving take away menu to compliment your dinner. Choices include lemon thyme sauce, cranberry chutney, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted heirloom carrots, green bean au gratin, and roasted apple stuffing. Flanagan’s On Main: Flanagan’s is now taking Thanksgiving reservations. Serving a three course dinner menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., beginning with, butternut squash soup or salad, an entree of turkey breast, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, stuffing, mixed vegetables, and cranberry sauce, and ending with homemade pumpkin cheesecake. Hearth and Hill: Offering a curbside Thanksgiving feast with Utah free range organic turkey, mashed potatoes and herb gravy, skillet roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and pomegranate, traditional stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cheddar biscuits. There is also a variety of extras to add to your Thanksgiving dinner like truffle mac and cheese, spinach dip, and Normal® ice cream pints. June Pie: Now taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving pies. Choose from apple crumble, or berry strudel, filled with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, then topped with an oat crumble. Banana cream, chocolate cream, coconut cream, or sour cream lemon pie, are also available, along with a few of the classics like pecan, pumpkin, or sugar cream pie. Choose from party platters of cured trout, paired with whipped cream cheese, capers, red onion slices, dill, lemon, sliced watercress, cucumbers, and rice crackers, deviled eggs, or a cheese and charcuterie board with chef’s selection of local meats and cheeses, pickled vegetables, olives, nuts, fruits, jam, pickled mustard seeds and edible flowers. Mad Dough: Has opened ordering for the week of Thanksgiving. The November menu is out with gooey pecan swirl, peanut butter fluff with Oreo coating, and brown butter pumpkin, an unfilled pumpkin doughnut dipped in brown butter and coated with cinnamon and sugar. Keep an eye out for the specialty flavors, like orange cardamom, that are released every Monday morning. Choose between a box of four, six, or 12 doughnuts.

Mindful Cuisine: Offering a cranberry curd tart with pistachio crust this holiday season. The red and green colors are perfect for Christmas too. Accepting local orders only.

No Name Saloon: Annual free turkey dinner starting at 2 p.m. until it’s gone. A long time tradition, the annual free turkey dinner, will be plated and served directly to your table. Dine-in only. If you are craving a famous buffalo burger, the full menu will be available for purchase, after 6 p.m, as well.

Powder at Waldorf Astoria Park City: Enjoy a three course, prix fixe menu, on Thanksgiving Day with family and friends. Choose from organic turkey, braise short rib of beef, spot prawns and seared diver scallop, or sweet potato gnocchi for your main course. First course options include lobster velouté, māche and fall apple, and venison carpaccio and quail egg. And for dessert try pumpkin mousse, a Utah apple tart, or flourless chocolate terrine. The prix fixe menu is $95 per person, $45 for children ages four to 12.

Riverhorse Provisions: Is offering a to-go holiday menu for four, available Nov. 15 – Dec. 26. Place your order ahead of time and pickup on the date of your preference with Thanksgiving day pickup hours limited from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All meals are packaged cold with heating instructions. All items are offered a la carte. The menu includes gluten free and vegetarian options like butter poached shrimp cocktail and butternut squash soup. Choose from an entree of roasted turkey, or honey baked ham, and sides of sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, fresh baked rosemary focaccia bread and a green bean casserole with wild mushrooms and crispy onions. Savoury Kitchen: Although closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, pre-made meals are available to be delivered the day before. The Corner Restaurant: Call (435) 657-5494 to reserve your Thanksgiving dinner today! Take and bake menu serves a family of five to six people, and includes a 13-pound honey brined turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, house made stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, brown sugar baked yams, cream corn, and fished baked rolls. Homemade desserts, from the bakery, are pumpkin pie, banana cream pie, coconut cream pie, carrot cake, and a dozen rolls. Everything is prepped and ready to just put in the oven to cook or warm up. Time slots will be assigned for pickup on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

The Mustang: Now available, Thanksgiving turducken dinners to go. Each meal, serves four people, and includes three pounds of meat, one pound of organic smoked turkey, one pound of organic roast duck, and one pound of organic herb roasted chicken, a house salad, choice of two sides and dinner rolls. Sides include sweet potato casserole, honey glazed carrots, mushroom sausage stuffing and more. For dessert, choose between classic pumpkin, apple or strawberry and rhubarb pies. Tina’s Bakery: Now offering Thanksgiving boxes filled with homemade empanadas and desserts. The Thanksgiving box, serves four to six people, and includes 12 empanadas, one chimichurri jar, one savoury tart, one winter bliss cake, and six decorated alfajores. The Thanksgiving party box, serves 10 to 12 people, and includes 24 empanadas, two savoury tarts, one chimichurri jar, one salsa criolla jar, one winter bliss cake, 10 decorated alfajores, and four individual tart desserts. Orders must be placed by Nov. 19 for pickup on Nov. 24 and 25.
