Luna’s Kitchen committed to serving fresh, healthy, organic food

Formally known as Element Kitchen and Bakery, Park City’s Luna’s Kitchen, respectfully named after the earths satellite – the moon – has only been open under the new name for a few months. Owner Lucy Block is well on her way to creating some of the freshest, seasonal, healthy, organic food options for Park City patrons.

I love the moon. It dictates so many things in our lives. Luna is a very loving and endearing name and we put a lot of love and a lot of ourselves into our food. Healthy is important to us. Nutrition is super important to us.

Luna’s Kitchen offers a variety of fresh new menu items from homemade quiche, to sandwiches and salads to a Thai red curry shrimp and lemongrass bowl, as well as a creamy vegan tomato soup, made with Block’s very own homemade cashew cream. The restaurant is committed to serving nutritious, organic food with options for gluten free, dairy free, keto, paleo, and vegan while using as many local ingredients as possible from a number of local purveyors.

At least 10 new menu items, including this Thai red curry shrimp and lemongrass bowl, can be found for both dine-in and take-out service at Luna’s Kitchen.

Most of Block’s fresh produce and greens come from Copper Moose Farm and cheeses from Park City Creamery. Patrons can also indulge in gluten free, vegan and raw deserts from Park City Desserts as well as Block’s own homemade cupcakes, cookies and banana bread.

We are trying to diversify our menu so we can suit many different dietary needs. It has to be delicious no matter what it is.

These homemade chocolate cupcakes are from Block’s own bakery, located inside Luna’s Kitchen. She also works with several local purveyors including Park City Desserts to provide sweet treats for patrons with dietary restrictions.

Aside from dine-in and take-out, Luna’s Kitchen is also a grab-and-go gourmet market selling local kombucha, chocolate and salsas. Pre-made ready to eat meals like vegetarian lasagna and braised short ribs can be purchased in-house or by visiting Luna’s Kitchen online. Block and her staff also provide a culinary concierge service to help stock your refrigerator with nutritious meals carefully selected based on your dietary needs.
