Main Street Welcomes New Restaurant, The Brick, Opening This Week

For over 40 years Alan Galeano has worked in the restaurant industry. This week, Galeano will open his fourth eatery in Park City, The Brick, located at 508 Main Street. Formerly Tupelo, the historic brick building will now offer guests affordable food in a relaxed atmosphere.

We offer a little bit of everything. I want people to get affordable food, in a relaxed space. Come in and have a burger and some fries with the kids.

Alan Galeano, owner and chef of The Brick

Galeano, also the owner of El Chubasco, Crystal Park Cantina, and Burgers and Barley, created the menu himself to include a variety of options for the entire family. The Brick offers appetizers like crispy fried green beans, beer-battered cauliflower, and fried smoked gouda cheese. Other menu items include soups and salads, sandwiches, and signature homemade buffalo chicken mac and cheese, with hand-breaded buffalo chicken and blue cheese crumbles, or barbecue mac with homemade pulled pork and sweet barbecue drizzle.
