Meatless Mondays – 350 Main
This year, 350 Main is celebrating 21 years in business serving Park City. In fact, the building that houses the restaurant was built all the way in 1910. Contemporary American only begins to describe the cuisine and the detail that goes into their menu. They strive to use local and sustainable food sourced right here in the Wasatch Mountains, as well as showcasing locally grown produce by their chef whenever possible in specials. If you don’t, you should follow Chef Matthew Safranek on Instagram, @professor_cookie, where you can follow his culinary journey from growing vegetables to beautiful plates of cuisine.
These are all reasons our #MeatlessMonday goes out to them, including the fact that they always have great options for vegetarians and vegans alike on their menu whenever you dine with them. Below we have listed some great meatless options.
Don’t forget, The Spur Bar and Grill is 350 Main’s sister establishment and is located just next door at 352 Main Street!
