New Deelicious Café to Open in July

Chef Deanna Fitchat is proud to announce the upcoming opening of the Deelicious Café (6440 Business Park Loop Rd, Unit Q) in July 2022. Chef Fitchat’s company, Deelicious Park City, has long been a local favorite for event catering, private chef services and cooking classes. The new café will allow fans of the Deelicious style of fresh, abundant, colorful cuisine to enjoy a dine-in lunch, as well as take home a prepared entrée for their family’s dinner that evening. The extra space will also allow Chef Fitchat to expand their event offerings as well. All Deelicious creations are made with the highest quality local and seasonal ingredients.

Tasty lunch selections will include hot sandwiches like a Wagyu Butcher Burger or grilled cheese and roasted tomato sandwich, as well as a daily special hot sandwich. The cold sandwiches offer Nieman Ranch roast beef with horseradish aioli and buttermilk brined crispy onions, Grammy’s White Truffle Egg Salad and line-caught albacore tuna with tapenade and lemon aioli. Each sandwich will come with the diner’s choice of chips, hand-cut fries or a deli case salad. And these are no ordinary salads – try the grilled peach and barley, summer feta caprese or spicy corn salad. There will also be a daily hot meal, daily hot hand pie, soups, quiches and desserts.

Deelicious Café will offer gourmet to go entrees, frozen express meals and party platters. Bring your family home a delicious, fully-prepared dinner, with selections like grilled Scottish salmon, slow roasted Mary’s Farm chicken breasts and three meat blend herb and parmesan meatballs. Scrumptious sides include duck fat confit potatoes, maple-orange roasted root vegetables or gruyere and white cheddar mac and cheese. You can add chef Pritchat’s unique sauces, like chimichurri, lemon lavender béchamel and mushroom gravy.

To enjoy a family meal in the future, choose a frozen express meal. Choose from options like butternut and sage lasagna, mushroom, spinach and green chili enchiladas verde or chicken pot pie. If you are heading to a celebration or meeting, reserve a party platter – the gorgeous Mediterranean platter, warm spinach and crab dip with Red Bicycle Bread Works sea salt stick bread or a lox and bagel brunch platter.

Chef Fitchat will continue offering her catering and private chef services from the new facility. Your customized menu can include seasonal appetizers, a themed dinner menu, and, of course, house-made sweets to finish. Your wedding, family reunion or business meeting could feature an overflowing platter filled with mezze, antipasto or crudités or a fresh chip and salsa bar! There are also hors d’ouvres made from local ingredients, like farm-fresh poultry, pork, beef or lamb. Seated dinners could showcase a themed dinner like “steakhouse at home,” “Mexican fiesta,” “summer cookout” or “American comfort food.”
