New Executive Chef Named at Montage Deer Valley

Montage Deer Valley has announced the promotion of Christian Ojeda to executive chef. In his new role, Ojeda oversees the wide range of culinary experiences available at the Park City, Utah resort, including signature restaurant APEX as well as Burgers & Bourbon, Daly’s Pub, The Après Lounge, and more.

Ojeda earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Colorado. He is a longtime veteran of food and beverage operations at Montage Deer Valley, having initially joined the resort as chef de cuisine at APEX in 2014, and three years later as executive sous chef. He brought an impressive culinary background with him, counting several experiences at highly acclaimed hotels and restaurants.

He has long drawn inspiration from the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains surrounding Montage Deer Valley.
