As the world-renowned Sundance Film Festival descends upon the town of Park City, the town transforms into a bustling hub of creativity, glamour and, inevitably, crowded restaurants.
Navigating the culinary landscape during this star-studded event can be challenging, especially if you find yourself without a coveted reservation or discovering many of the walk-in locations are booked for a private event. While “no reservation, no problem” might be bit of a stretch, there’s a silver lining: several culinary gems in Park City are operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
So if you’re facing the daunting prospect of dining out during Sundance, give these locations a try for a chance to dine out during the festival.

Big Daddy’s Pizza: Open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 8 p.m.
Big Dipper: Open Tuesday, Jan. 16 through Monday, Jan. 22 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Tuesday, Jan. 23 and Wednesday, Jan. 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open for business as usual beginning Thursday, Jan. 25.
Boneyard Saloon: Open with late night hours for the festival Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Dairy Keen: Open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (closed Sunday).
