Whether you are craving a new lunch spot or just love Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, Nosh is for you. The newly opened fast-casual spot off Bonanza Drive will likely be a favorite for a healthy and flavorful grab-and-go or dine-in option.
Chef and owner Jason Greenberg moved to Park City several years ago and worked as a chef at the St. Regis while he honed his falafel recipe, at the urging of his brother, a fellow New Yorker who missed more diverse cuisine here. He started introducing the food first at Park Silly and quickly got a following. Greenberg knew a full restaurant was in order as soon as he could find the right space. Now, Nosh is in full swing, open seven days a week from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. in the shopping center with Sammy’s and Burgers & Barley.
On the menu you will find a satisfying array of salads, stuffed pitas, bowls and more. Greenberg said one of his favorite dishes is the matzo ball soup, which is an homage to his grandmother. Also, not to miss is the mezze plate, which could be shared as a starter.
Almost everything on the menu is made in-house, and introduces seasonings like za’atar that you will come to love.
