Park City Mercantile Welcomes a Cafe

Main Street and Park City Mercantile have even more to offer with the addition of the Mercantile Cafe. Packed into less than 100 square feet, The Mercantile Cafe offers exceptional local treats like doughnuts, smoothies, and an array of ice cream. 

The idea for the Mercantile Cafe grew from owner Casey Crawford’s love for multi-use spaces as seen in both of her stores, Prospect and Park City Mercantile, as well as a gap she wanted to fill in the market. 

Crawford introduces a healthy grab-and-go selection to Main Street that caters to all audiences. The Mercantile Cafe lifts local foodie entrepreneurs and gives them a platform to further expand their own businesses including Luna’s Kitchen, Land Juicery, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Normal Ice Cream, City Cakes Bakery, Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters, Vosen’s Bread Paradise, and more.

The menu has something for everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. The Mercantile Cafe has an extensive list of vegan and gluten free items so the whole family can enjoy a sweet treat on Main. If you’re looking for something refreshing, try the tropical smoothie made with all organic fruits and vegetables. In the mood for something sweet? Reach for some nostalgia and try the choco taco from Normal Ice Cream.

Available for dine in or out, the Mercantile Cafe is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day. Look out for an expanded menu this fall as they hope to offer toast and acai bowls, as well as soups in the winter months.
