The Canyons Village area is about to offer a lot more options for dining. The long-anticipated Pendry Park City is opening this winter season at the base of the mountain. The Pendry property will be the newest addition to the ski resort base, and will bring with it several dining venues as well.
While most Pendry properties, that hail from the lineage of Montage Hotels and Resorts, claim home to locations in larger urban cities, this property is a mountainside enclave where the modern alpine design connects back with the heart of Utah’s landscape.
The slope-side resort boasts a rooftop pool and lounge, a full-service spa, ski-in ski-out access, and more. But we are most excited for the new dining concepts in the area! Park City Pendry’s restaurants provide a variety of dynamic dining experiences and are a welcome addition to the area.
KITA
The main dining venue of Pendry Park City KITA, which is Japanese for “north,” will offer a classic breakfast in the morning, while afternoon and evening menus will feature sushi, Japanese steakhouse favorites, ramen, and a full bar. Take a much-deserved mid-day ski break with a cocktail and a warm bowl of ramen or enjoy a dinner of select steak and sushi options.
Disco Pizza
For the whole family, Disco Pizza is the go-to for house made pizza, salads, and a variety of comfort food. There are also games on hand to round out all the fun of a group outing. Get the gang together and enjoy a slice or two, cold beer, and even dance under the disco ball lights in this retro style joint for a lively after-dinner bar scene.
The Pool House Bar & Grille and Aprés Pendry
While enjoying the Pool House Bar and Grille’s views of the slopes, this rooftop and poolside lounge also offers classic mountain fare all-day whether enjoying it by the fire in the winter or sitting by the pool in the summer. Who knows, maybe you’ll be up for a winter dip as well! Aprés Pendry hosts our favorite time of day, with a take on “European-inspired” après that actually are available all-day long. Start the day out with a handcrafted coffee and finish it with late-night libations and food.
