Refuel This Winter With Harvest Favorites At Park City Mountain

Keep your eyes peeled for a special surprise at Park City Mountain Resort this winter. Harvest, a downtown Park City favorite, will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily, in the Campos Coffee space, above the ice rink, at Park City Mountain.

We are serving up some Harvest Park City “classics.” I see you smashed avocado! We are introducing the “quickies.” Did someone say sausage roll? Fancy a “warmer?” Then our house made soups will do the job! We also have you covered with the “sweeties,” featuring everyone’s favorite, Bite Me Pastries, paleo banana bread, and a selection of locally made sweet treats.

Harvest Park City

Enjoy a cup of the wonderful Campos Coffee you all have grown to know and love alongside a few of Harvest Park City‘s local favorites, like the breakfast brioche, with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, arugula and chili jam, and the classic smashed avocado, served with two poached eggs on toasted sourdough. The smashed avocado has been the most popular dish at Harvest since the day it opened over three and half years ago.

Another featured favorite, will be the the toasted paleo banana bread, served with caramelized banana and honeyed ricotta. Harvest will also offer a selection of sweet treats from local purveyors like Auntie Em’s Home Baked Goods, Sweets and Cheese and Les Madeleines, all producers often included in Harvest’s weekly Abundance Boxes.

So, whether you’re eating light, fueling for a big day on the slopes or looking to indulge a little, Harvest will offer quick meals, like the pork and veal sausage roll with homemade chutney, and warmer options like their house made soups, including chicken laksa noodle soup, with rice noodles, coconut cream, bean sprouts, cilantro, red chili and lime, and chili con carne with herb ricotta and chimichurri, to keep you feeling good throughout the day.

And if you’re just popping in for a hot cup of joe, you can be sure it’ll be a good one. Harvest has searched the world, and sourced the best fair-trade beans, in order to create a locally roasted formula all their own. Combine that with the specialty grade beans used in Campos Coffee and you’re sure to find a blend on the menu that’s just what you’re looking for.

A meal at Harvest is about provenance, seasonality, creativity and connection. Many of the ingredients used are sourced from local farmers and small-scale producers. The restaurant works closely with suppliers to find out what ingredients are in season, and at the absolute best, before creating dishes that reflect inspiration for the season and the location. So, the next time you spend the day shredding fresh pow at Park City, visit Harvest in the Campo Coffee space to satisfy your need for something classic, quick, warm, or sweet.
