Find out about enticing new menu items!
Whether sweet or savory, every item on the menu at Tina’s Bakery is handcrafted with plenty of love and a dash of South American flavor. Owners Agostina Alvarez and Valentina Udabe immigrated to the Park City area from Buenos Aires, and they brought with them the best that their heritage has to offer.
Inspired both by their Argentinean culture and family members with culinary flair, the pair brought their passion for exceptional food to Utah. Now, through the diverse offerings at Tina’s Bakery, they deliver crave-worthy baked goods with a sophisticated twist.
South American Spin on Sweet Treats
Alvarez is at the helm of all of Tina’s Bakery’s sweet treats — and an impressive lineup it is! From cookies and brownies to cakes, scones, and sweet breads, each offering is more tantalizing than the last. Savor traditional Alfajores: Argentine pastries made with two delicate buttery cookies embracing a luscious dollop of creamy dulce de leche caramel. (Currently, you can discover a chocolatey spin on these in-store!) Or treat yourself to a classic brownie bar with a dulce de leche drizzle on top.
New in-store choices are available now, too. Favorites include a creamy flan, topped with decadent dulce de leche, or an Argentinian-inspired chocotorta or chaja — the hardest part is deciding which to taste first.
If you’re looking for a flawless dessert for a special occasion, order one of Tina’s Bakery’s creamy classic cheesecakes (topped with house-made raspberry jam), or a jaw-dropping Marquise Cake (a rich chocolate base with dulce de leche, chocolate mousse, whipped cream and mixed berries on top).
Empanadas by Tina’s Bakery
If you’re in the mood for something more savory, look no further than the exceptional empanadas crafted by Udabe. Flaky crust perfectly-balanced filling regardless of the flavor you choose. The breakfast empanada is stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes and cheese. A ham and cheese option delivers subtly Italian notes with smoked ham, mozzarella, parmesan and oregano. Other creative combinations include sweet corn and béchamel and a chorizo piquante empanada — with just the right spice!
Tina’s Bakery is now offering a brand new flavor, too! The new shrimp empanada is flavored with lemon, tomatoes and cilantro.
As irresistible as the empanadas from Tina’s Bakery are fresh, guests can also snag them frozen to make at home. All of the diverse fillings are available, and simply need to be baked for about ten minutes to golden-crisp perfection. All the goodness of Tina’s Bakery anytime you like!
