Watch This: Twisted Fern Makes Vegan Ravioli

The menu at Twisted Fern has plenty of options for a variety of diners. Any customer will find something to enjoy on the menu, that caters to carnivores, seafood lovers, vegetarians and vegans.

We have always been impressed by the variety and options, particularly for vegan diners. We wanted to find out more about how chef Adam Ross makes this winter vegan ravioli. Go try it on the dinner menu now.

This winter the restaurant offers dinner every night starting at 4 p.m., with additional tented and heated space for dining, as well as take out and lunch on Thursdays through Sundays.
