#1 Old Town Cellars

Situated conveniently close to the town lift on historic Main Street, Old Town Cellars is a locally owned Urban Winery specializing in blending wines from the Western United States. OTC has seamlessly integrated themselves into Park City Ski and Mountain Bike culture coining themselves as the “Official Wine of Apres”. With a diverse selection of whites, reds, and rose, OTC provides both fabulous wines and an inviting ambiance. From their luscious “Snowbunny Syrah” to the ever-popular bright and refreshing “Mountain Town White” Pinot Gris, OTC has all of your après wine needs covered.

#2  Montage Deer Valley

If you’re seeking a chic and luxurious après ski experience, the Montage will most certainly deliver. It’s hard to miss the vibrant Veuve Cliquot yurt which has become somewhat of a staple on the hotel’s property. Enjoy Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label by the glass or bottle, Veuve Clicquot Rosé, as well as select Veuve Clicquot older vintages. The Brut is remarkably good French Champagne with notes of fresh yeasty green apple skin leading to tart gooseberry and a brioche finish. Not a better way to conclude a Deer Valley ski day.

#3 Silver Star Café

Showcasing some of the best views in Park City, Silver Star Café is perhaps the most appreciated Apres spot for both locals and visitors alike. Kick back, take in the endless Mountain views and enjoy a glass of the cool climate, Lake County Obsidian Ridge Cabernet. Rich and generous with notes of black cherries and blackberries with a spicy finish.  The Silver Star vibe provides a glimpse to those visiting of true Park City, Utah Après culture.

#4 Tupelo

Tupelo’s Après deal is unrivaled, offering Columbia Valley Washington Cabernet and Chardonnay for only $6 a glass from 2:30pm to 5:00pm daily. Both wines hold fantastic and refreshing acidity thanks to their origin, great values which lead to even more wine excitement. Tupelo’s wine program is eclectic yet approachable and appealing for those who wish to divert into uncharted territory. Be bold and try the Zantho Zweigelt, the most widely planted red varietal in Austria. Savory and classic with a deep bright core, and notes of spiced cherry and raspberry.

#5 St. Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Apres experience is truly special as guests relish in the closing of day sabering of Champagne ceremony.  A charming tradition associated with Napoleon Bonaparte who commiserated the loss of a battle and also the victory of a win through this practice.  A complimentary glass of bubbles is offered as an Apres Aperitif, getting you started before delving into the very extensive wine list.
