Wine Dive Now Serving Sunday Brunch

This weekend grab your friends and head to Boneyard Saloon and Wine Dive for the new Wine Dive Sunday brunch menu. Served from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can sip on $3 mimosas or cure that Saturday night hangover with an $8 bloody Mary. Don’t forget to add bacon or a $4 mini Czech pilsner.

We’d like to keep this around yearly. Park City could use more Sunday brunch options. Something with a good location, right smack dab in the heart of everything.

The new Sunday brunch menu at Boneyard’s Wine Dive includes this chipotle spinach eggs Benedict with roasted rosemary potatoes and vegetables.

The new brunch menu includes a breakfast pizza, wood-fired and topped with bacon, whipped eggs, cheddar cheese, and green onions. The baked hotcake skillet, a puffy pancake in a hot cast iron skillet, is topped with sliced banana, strawberries, whipped cream and a bourbon maple syrup. And the “hangover killer” is a breakfast burrito stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and cheddar cheese, and topped with No Name salsa.
