You probably know The St. Regis Deer Valley Mountain Terrace, offering daily champagne sabering, and you may have enjoyed a 7452 Bloody Mary in The Vintage Room. You have even potentially cut into a steak at RIME, the resort’s signature restaurant. But have you heard about the newest dining outlet to open in the Snow Park base area, La Stellina?
In January, The St. Regis Deer Valley opened a new high-design Italian restaurant La Stellina which means Little Star. The modern restaurant is situated in the recently opened St. Regis Residences. The eatery serves timeless Italian cuisine and is influenced by local chef Matthew Harris.
The Inspiration
The restaurant boasts a team of passionate chefs, who are excited to share their craft. This includes the chefs kneading the housemade pizza dough using Italian techniques, inspired by Harris’ training with Italian cesarine. Cesarine are home cooks who teach from the comfort of their own family kitchens and have recipes which have been passed down for generations. Simple, fresh ingredients transform into refined flavors at this modern restaurant. Locally-sourced produce, combines with Italian meats, cheeses, and pastas to create dishes that appeal to every age and every palate.
“La Stellina is a chef’s dream. Under the tutelage of several Italian cesarines, I learned to cook true, authentic Italian food. I am thrilled to offer the timeless combination of locally-sourced fresh ingredients with Italian meats and cheeses to create the finest in Italian dining for our guests.”

The Menu
Starters include compressed melon with prosciutto and aged balsamic. Wagyu carpaccio with sun-dried tomato, focaccia croutons, aged parmesan and aged balsamic and spicy sausage pizza with spinach, chili and aged parmesan.
Main courses include pappardelle bolognese with beef ragu, carrot, onion, garlic and ricotta, a whole roasted branzino with broccolini and lemon and crispy chicken piccata with lemon, capers, black pepper, arugula and parmesan.
The menu is rounded out with side dishes such as Magnate’s Meatball, and spinach with garlic, lemon and parmesan. A children’s menu is available featuring spaghetti and tomato sauce, chicken parmesan and cheese pizza.
“We are delighted to introduce our new dining experience, La Stellina. Perfect for diners of every age after a day on the slopes or exploring Park City’s Main Street, La Stellina is the centerpiece of the Resort’s new Snow Park Building, a hub of activity that also includes the Astor Bar and Topgolf Swing Suites.”
