Bald Mountain Pho at Silver Lake Skier’s Lunch
Have a little taste of Vietnam in your ski day with some Pho in the Bald Mountain Rook of Silver Lake Lodge. All bowls are served with Thai basil, bean sprouts, glass noddles, lime and sliced chilies. Choose between a rich beef or ginger mushroom broth, then add Wagyu beef, tofu or shiitake mushrooms.
Butternut Squash Enchilada at Snow Park Lodge
The house special enchiladas are a must-try at Deer Valley’s Snow Park base. Made with roasted butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms, cheese, corn tortillas, anasazi beans and cilantro.
The White Bear Cocktail at The Brass Tag
If you’re looking for a quieter apres ski vibe, walk down to The Brass Tag and try this winter cocktail. Made from Outlaw Distillery’s spiced rum, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, demerara syrup and fresh cream.
Dungeness Crab Tower at Royal Street Café
As a light lunch or a delicious snack, this dish is a local favorite. Made with avocado, tomato, pea sprouts, crispy spiced wontons and sauces of wasabi, soy and sweet chili.
Raclette at Fireside
End the ski day with a little slice of Europe and melted Swiss cheese at Fireside. After you’re finished with the raclette, enjoy three other course, a full bar and fireside ski lodge atmosphere. 
Yellow Fin Tuna Poke at Seafood Buffet
If you eat at this buffet station, you may not make it to the other stations after seconds and thirds of the delicious yellow fin tuna with gluten-free soy sauce, sesame and macadamia nuts. Top it with a choice of wakame salad, crispy wontons, housemade kimchi, cucumber salad and smoked shoyu pickled shiitake mushrooms.
Turkey Chili Takeout Package at Deer Valley Cafe
After long day of skiing, sometimes the last thing you want to do is go out for dinner. On your way off the mountain, stop at Deer Valley Cafe to pick up a turkey chili meal to enjoy at home. Chili comes with your choice of artisan Caesar or Copper Moose Farm salad, eight mini corn muffins and cheddar cheese, sour cream and onions for toppings.
