Bi-Weekly Market Menu At The Goldener Hirsch

The Goldener Hirsch Inn, nestled in the beautiful Silver Lake area of Deer Valley is known for its charming Austrian decor, and its superb restaurant featuring exceptional and award winning American and continental cuisine. Pair all this with chef Ryan Burnham who has already made his mark at many restaurants in Park City as well as Salt Lake and you’ve got yourself a pretty amazing menu and restaurant experience. Think cheese fondue, wiener schnitzel, wagyu beef, Niman Ranch lamb (and much more) in one of the most pleasant and delightful dining atmospheres that you can find in Park City.

The summer months bring such an array of freshness to our plates with everything that becomes more available and our towns chefs have definitely picked up the memo. Chef Burnham at The Goldener Hirsch Inn is no exception. Now in addition to their regular menu and inspired by what he finds at the farmers markets, chef Burnham will be creating a bi-weekly market menu at the restaurant that will run for two weeks. H will then create an entirely new one to run for the two weeks following. Each market menu will consist of 4 courses for just $45. The market menu that is available now looks absolutely divine and will be available until August 2nd!
