Buona Vita and Buona Alimento

Right at the base of Main Street in Park City, with a beautiful view of the chairlift coming off Park City Mountain, sits Buona Vita. The name translates to “beautiful life” and that’s certainly what you get when dine in here.

With a small, cozy vibe, dim lights, a fireplace and quiet, soothing music, the ambience is set for an amazing meal as soon as you walk in.

Traditional Italian dishes, including pizza, pasta, chicken, fish and beef options, will satisfy even the pickiest eaters in your group. Wine (by the glass or bottle), cocktail and non-alcoholic drink options are available. You can even choose from an extensive list of Italian wines, or wines from around the world.

Appetizers

Buona Vita

As soon as you sit down, a server will bring over a basket of warm bread, accompanied with oil and balsamic. To start, the calamari and Caesar salads always please the crowds. Other traditional options, like bruschetta and breaded eggplant, are available as well.

Entrees

As far as entrees go, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you are gluten-free, the option to swap pasta is available. If you’re not looking for pasta, the chicken paillard is a great option full of seasonal veggies. The pizzas are homemade crusts, and the fish dishes taste fresh from the sea. If you’re really not in the mood for Italian food, steak dishes are available as well.

Dessert

Following dinner, the dessert menu is no disappointment either. Authentic dishes like cannoli’s and crème brulee round out your experience. You can even cap off your night with espresso or a sweeter glass of wine.

buona vita

Overall, the Buona Vita experience is a rustic, authentic Italian restaurant feel. Between the unbeatable views of Park City Mountain, warm atmosphere, tasty food, and great company, Buona Vita cannot be beat for a night out on Main Street.
