Easter is Almost Here

Park City has plenty of spring-forward dining options and deals.

While preparing holiday meals can bring joy and tradition, we can always appreciate the benefits of enjoying a locally-made feast in exchange for time with friends and family. We’ve rounded up some tasty options to keep you out of the kitchen and in front of your family (and, perhaps, the Easter Bunny).

Waldorf Astoria

The stunning Waldorf Astoria will offer a brunch buffet featuring “action stations” where chefs will whip up made-to-order omelets, crepes, carved ham and turkey. Guests can also choose from a massive spread of dishes, including acai bowls, smoked salmon bagels, eggs, benedict, shakshuka, salads and more. Craving lunch? There are plenty of choices for you, too–flat iron steaks, salmon, and more.

Brunch is $110 for adults and $55 for children. Reservations are available at 435-647-5566 or on OpenTable.

Overlook Restaurant at Black Mountain Rock Resort

Overlook Restaurant’s Easter brunch will also have an omelet station, a prime rib carving station and plenty of other options to match every taste. We recommend making a reservation on OpenTable ahead of time because prices go up the day of.

Boneyard Saloon

A bloody mary aficionado? Boneyard Saloon is the place to be on Easter Sunday. If you’re looking for more than a liquid brunch, they have an indulgent menu including breakfast pizza, baked hotcake skillet and sriracha deviled eggs.

You can’t go wrong with their short rib hash, served in a hot cast iron skillet loaded with home-fried potatoes and veggies, a sunny side egg and salsa verde.

Apres Pendry

Head to the European-inspired Apres Pendry for Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We’ve got our eyes on the spring peas and citrus salad served with arugula, frisée, orange, grapefruit, peas and lemon thyme vinaigrette, followed by a slice of carrot pineapple cake. Balance!
