Ciao Bella! Italian Wine Dinner/Park City Wine Festival

Guided by Kellie Martin, Chief Sommelier and founder of SommSchool, Ciao Bella! Italian Wine Dinner at Butcher’s Chop House & Bar pairs a curated selection of Italian wines with the restaurant’s classic steakhouse fare. Throughout the evening, Kellie will share the flavors and stories behind each wine, highlighting how Italy’s rich regional expressions complement a five-course dinner of bold cuts and robust flavors. The dinner celebrates the warmth, depth, and character of both Italian winemaking and timeless steakhouse cuisine.
