Enjoy a thoughtfully paired, mountain-inspired 5-course dinner from the culinary team at St. Regis, as each dish is designed to complement Piattelli’s remarkable portfolio. Sip on high-altitude Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Argentine regions of Cafayate and Mendoza while savoring thoughtfully paired, seasonal dishes.
