Freshie’s Lobster Gets a Permanent Home

Are you already sad Park Silly Sunday Market is over for the season? Are you already missing your weekly Sunday lobster roll? Well, don’t you worry. Freshies Lobster Co. has joined the list of local businesses incubated by Park Silly and is going brick and mortar. Their new home will be 1897 Prospector Ave. and will be opening soon.

Freshie’s and its owners Lorin and Ben Smaha has been a staple at the Park Silly Sunday market, the Park City Farmers Market and at other events in Park City for the past nine years.
They have garnered popularity by providing a quality product that is harvested by sustainable practices in the great state of Maine. The new fast causal restaurant will offer lobster rolls (obviously!), seafood, salads, soups and more. Fast casual restaurants are becoming more popular with some places having their own restaurant self ordering system, which makes customer service better for their customers.
