Enjoy a shrimp and crab cocktail hors d’oeuvre, your choice of lobster bisque or house salad and a 10 ounce slow roasted prime rib, served with garlic smashed potatoes, seasoned vegetables, and house-made au jus and horseradish cream. And for dessert, a warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

Looking for the perfect cocktail to say “adios” to the insane year that was 2020? Well, look no further, Holystone Distilling has the perfect beverage whether you’re dining out or staying in. Made with Holystone Distilling indigo-hued Cerulea gin, elderflower liqueur, berries and bubbles, this beverage is not only stunningly gorgeous, and appropriately potent, but you’ll want to have this beauty in your hand as the ball drops. Holystone Distilling is open New Years Eve from 3 – 7 p.m.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Holystone Distilling Cerulea Gin
- 3/4 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- Veuve Clicquot or your favorite sparkling wine
- Grapefruit
- Juniper berries or your favorite dark berry
- Rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Pour elderflower liqueur into wine glass with ice.
- Top with sparkling wine, leaving enough room for the Cerulea gin.
- Stir to combine.
- Place half a grapefruit wheel inside the glass.
- Add juniper berries.
- Add rosemary sprig.
- Finally, pour the Holystone Cerulea gin into your most gorgeous, over-the-top glass and watch your cocktail transform.

Join The Onyx Wine Lounge, for a New Years 2021 edition at The Brick, located at 508 Main Street, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Enjoy music by DJ Funkee Boss on New Years Eve, Matty Mo on New Years Day, and DJ JStyle on Saturday. Due to COVID-19 reservations are required, and guests must follow social distancing guidelines. Upon entry your temperature will be taken to make sure that all other guests and staff are in a safe and clean environment. Gathering at the bar area or groups combining is not advised. Music and fun for the whole family begins at 3 p.m. at Park City Mountain Resort. Enjoy live music, from 3 – 5 p.m., on the Canyons Village Stage, by resident DJ, DJ Velvet. Spinning music in Salt Lake City since the early 2000’s, the mix of feel good beats appeals to a wide audience. From 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. the Metro Music Club, a stylish seven piece Utah cover band, hand selected for their amazing and unique musicianship and vocal skills, will bring energy into today’s current hits as well as yesterdays favorites. And at 7:30 p.m. Park City Mountain Resort will celebrate the New Year with an annual fireworks show.
Kick off the New Year by tuning in to PCTV or Facebook to watch the festive Deer Valley Resort virtual torchlight parade. To encourage social distancing, the event will be streamed live, allowing you, and your friends and family, to remain in the comfort of your own home. Tune in to PCTV on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020 where you can watch the torchlight parade on the hour, every hour, between 6 – 11 p.m. The parade will also be available for viewing on the Deer Valley Resort’s Facebook page.
