Its traditional cheese fondue is accompanied by roasted potatoes, turnips, mushrooms, pears, apples and crusty bread. Low Spark doesn’t stop with fondue, a Swiss green salad, potato rosti, beef tenderloin and dessert follows for a perfectly cozy meal.
