Park City Restaurants: Where Kids Are The VIPs

Park City is a prime destination for families, with attractions like Woodward action sports park, the Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter and the Egyptian Theater, not to mention all the amazing skiing, snowboarding and hiking for families to enjoy. Fortunately, Park City also offers a bounty of options for young, adventurous diners!

The whole family is happy at Annex Burger.

Annex Burger, adjacent to grown-up favorite the No Name Saloon on Main Street, is one of Park City’s most well-known family-friendly spots. Kids can choose from entrees like buffalo sliders with cheese, a corn dog, a pita pizza or a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup or the soup of the day. Sides to choose from include fries, chips or fruit with peanut butter. They can end their meal with a warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookie!

The Brick, which features a farm-to-table and ranch-to-table menu for adults, offers kid’s menu items that will make them feel very grown-up: a burger on a brioche bun (add bacon if you choose), chicken tenders with a choice of ketchup, barbecue sauce or ranch dressing and macaroni and cheese with a house-made cheese sauce. Each of these meals comes with a choice of french fries or steamed broccoli. Especially sophisticated young diners can enjoy their choice of salmon or steak with fries and broccoli. The Brick’s kid’s menu is for children 12 and under.

Main Street Pizza and Noodle has a fun exterior!

Main Street Pizza and Noodle has a fun exterior that is sure to delight curious young explorers, with dangling green lights and an outdoor patio on Main Street for the warmer months. The “For Kid’s Only” menu includes a small portion of spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, red sauce or butter, an eight inch personal cheese pizza or mini corn dogs with fries. For accompanying adults, there are calzones, pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches and even stir fry. Families can also share large pies like the focaccia pizza, the barbecue chicken pizza or the mountain garden pizza.

The Eating Establishment is a great comfort food choice for “breakfast all day” with your family. The kid’s menu includes pancakes or French toast with bacon. If you are in the mood for lunch or dinner foods, kids can enjoy buttery noodles, chicken tenders, grilled cheese or the kid’s burger with fries. Adult choices include a loaded baked potato omelette, the shakshouka or steak and eggs. For lunch or dinner, grown ups can have grilled fish tacos, the grilled chicken cobb sandwich or the burrata ravioli.

Head down to Heber to visit Dairy Keen

If you are traveling down to nearby Heber City, kids will love the junior cheeseburger with fries, tots, sweet potato fries or onion rings at family-owned Dairy Keen. Their legendary milkshakes include flavors like Oreo, orange dreamsicle, horchata and banana cream pie. The train-themed décor and Train Burger are a nod to the close-by Heber Valley Railroad, a popular family excursion.

If you have come to Park City for adventures that everyone in your family will enjoy, you’ve come to the right place! There will also be plenty of dining options to make kids feel special.
